Suspected fake accounts, coordinated brigading, or fabricated public support. Anyone signed in can file. Reports are public. Only L3+ reviewers who did not file the report can resolve it.
Anti-weaponisation Reporting is rate-limited to 3 open reports per 24 hours per account. Reviewers cannot resolve reports they themselves filed. Reporter history is part of the public record — patterns of abuse are visible alongside the reports themselves.
